Service Description

This style of yoga uses deep tissue stretches to open the muscles and connective tissue to help you release tension and stress. With a relaxing vibe and calming music, you will leave class feeling restored.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule a class it must be done at least 1 hour before class start time. If canceled or no-showed within 30 minutes of the start time of class, customers are subject to a possible cancellation fee and/or no reimbursement to their class pack or membership.
